Products on Sale of Radio Flyer

The Discovery and All-Terrain Folding Wagons can be returned for free within five (5) days of delivery. To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact customer service within five (5) days of the receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unassembled and sealed in the original packaging.

Customer service must authorize the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns will not be accepted after five (5) days of the delivery date. Below is an outline of the return process:

1. Purchaser emails customerservice@radioflyer.com with their order number, reason for the return and photos showing the sealed package.
2. Customer service will review the request and photos, and approve the return if the wagons meet the return qualifications.
3. Once the return is approved, customer service will provide a prepaid return shipping label to the purchaser.
4. Once the return is received per the conditions above, the purchaser will be refunded in 10 to 15 business days.

Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.

Defective Product
