The Discovery and All-Terrain Folding Wagons can be returned for free within five (5) days of delivery. To return a product that is not defective or damaged, you must contact customer service within five (5) days of the receipt of the product. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unassembled and sealed in the original packaging.
Customer service must authorize the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval. Any warranty issues must be resolved prior to processing a return. Returns will not be accepted after five (5) days of the delivery date. Below is an outline of the return process:
Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
